Samsung expansion lifts interest in Hillstate Pyeongtaek

Hyundai Engineering & Construction said Friday that its Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City was drawing renewed interest as Pyeongtaek’s real estate market shows signs of recovery, buoyed by Samsung Electronics’ semiconductor expansion plans.
