Indian Railways Tightens Refund Rules to Combat Black Market

Indian Railways has revised its refund policy, stating that full refunds, minus a flat cancellation charge, will only be issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours before a train's departure, aiming to curb a thriving black market in tickets.
