Portuguese Business Leader Criticizes VAT Hike for Restaurant Sector

Jorge Pisco, president of the Confederation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, has strongly criticized the reintroduction of a 23% VAT rate for the restaurant sector in Portugal, warning it will devastate the industry and calling it 'a lack of respect'.
