Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan has issued a stark warning to so-called 'joyriders,' stating they will 'end up in jail, or you’ll end up in a grave,' and announced that the government is considering creating a separate offense for driving the wrong way on a motorway after a horror M9 crash.
