Hanoi Police Probe $7M Holiday Membership Scam Targeting Seniors
Hanoi police are investigating 23 companies and 187 individuals in connection with a holiday membership scam that allegedly defrauded over 500 victims, mostly seniors, of nearly $7 million (VND181 billion).
