Marta Kos States EU Membership Reforms as Tough as Schengen for Western Balkans

European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos stated that for countries like Albania and Serbia, joining the Schengen area or the EU common market, as proposed by PM Edi Rama and President Aleksandar Vučić, requires reforms as difficult as those for full EU membership.
