Abhishek Banerjee Challenges TMC Rebels' Merger with NCPI

Abhishek Banerjee of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) has challenged the merger of TMC rebels with the NCPI, citing the 10th schedule of the constitution and deeming the merger 'invalid' after meeting with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.
