Turkic Civilization Center Groundbreaking Held at OTS Summit

President Ilham Aliyev and participants of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Informal Summit attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Turkic Civilization Center. President Aliyev also highlighted the strengthening role of the OTS in global affairs.
