Head of Japanese Prostitution Scout Group Re-arrested

The 41-year-old head of 'Natural,' one of Japan's largest prostitution scout groups, has been re-arrested along with a cash collector executive for illegally introducing women to sex establishments and receiving over 39 million yen in illegal proceeds.
