Montenegro Court Denies Request to Re-Examine Witnesses in Murder Case

The defense lawyer for the accused Vojvodić requested the recusal of the court panel in the brutal murder case of Vidak Vujović, but the state prosecutor and other defense lawyers argued against re-questioning previously heard witnesses and experts.
