
Humpback Whale Strands Again in Baltic Sea After Rescue Attempt
The humpback whale that recently freed itself from entanglement in the Baltic Sea has stranded again in Wismar Bay, with marine biologists reporting its deteriorating condition. Despite a previous rescue operation, the whale struggled through a channel and re-stranded, showing its epidermis peeling off in large patches, and no immediate rescue operation is planned.
