Investment Fund Acquires Chemical Company Polytechnyl, Saving 72 Jobs

The Lyon commercial court has approved an offer from an investment fund to acquire the chemical company Polytechnyl for 10.1 million euros, thereby saving 72 out of 550 jobs.
