Destroyed recordings hinder investigation into INEM ambulance delay

The destruction of recordings by INEM (Portuguese emergency medical service) after a 90-day period has prevented an investigation into why an ambulance was activated 25 to 30 minutes after a call to assist a man near an emergency room.
