Teenagers Linked to Foxtrot Network Accused of Oslo Bomb Plot
Three teenagers have been accused of planning an explosion in Oslo, allegedly on behalf of the Foxtrot criminal network. They are also suspected of attempting to recruit boys as young as 12 for the plot.
