Varkaus Lacks Camping Site, Losing Tourism Revenue

The Finnish city of Varkaus is directing caravan tourists to public sand parking lots due to the absence of a dedicated camping area, a situation deemed exceptional by the Finnish Camping Association. This deficiency is estimated to cost the city up to 1.5 million euros in tourism revenue annually.
