Bosnian Constitutional Court Rejects Dispute Over Republika Srpska Government Election
The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected a request from 11 members of the BiH House of Representatives, ruling it was not competent to determine a dispute between BiH and Republika Srpska regarding the election of the entity government president.
