
Assaults on Women Increase in Ireland Despite Overall Crime Drop
While serious crimes have fallen in Ireland, the number of women who are victims of assaults has increased in the first quarter of this year. An average of 27 women and 37 men were assaulted daily during this period, according to CSO findings.
