MOL Acquires Shell's Stake in Cyprus Aphrodite Gas Field for Up to $720 Million

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL has agreed to purchase Shell's 30% stake in the Aphrodite gas field off the coast of Cyprus for up to $720 million. This acquisition marks MOL's entry into the deepwater gas field development in the Eastern Mediterranean.
