NBI Investigates Substandard Steel Production in Davao, Not Senator Dela Rosa

National Bureau of Investigation Director Melvin Matibag denied rumors of being in Davao City to arrest Senator Ronald 'Bato' dela Rosa, stating the NBI's agenda was to inspect a steel company raided over alleged production of substandard and illegal steel products.
