Activists Demand IPOA Custody of Bullets in Cecil Ouma Shooting Probe

Activists are demanding that bullets recovered from the fatal shooting of Cecil Ouma be placed in the custody of the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA). Principal Secretary Fikirini Jacobs has pledged cooperation with investigators in the ongoing probe.
