Armed, Drunk Man Arrested Near Mosque in Seine-Saint-Denis After Racist Remarks

A 31-year-old armed and intoxicated man was arrested near a mosque in Seine-Saint-Denis after making "racist and injurious" remarks. He was medically treated at Delafontaine hospital and then taken into police custody.
