Man Seriously Injured in Scrambler Bike Crash, Grace's Law to Ban Bikes Nears Enactment

A man in his 20s was seriously injured in a scrambler bike crash, as new regulations known as Grace’s Law, aimed at banning scramblers in public places following the death of Grace Lynch, are expected to be signed this month.
