Young Monaghan driver banned for six years after he’s caught by gardaí barely three months into earlier driving ban

A judge has put a steelwork fabricator off the road for six years after he was caught drug driving and twice with no insurance inside the space of five weeks while barely three months into a 12 month disqualification period.
