Ukraine, Bulgaria plan test launch of passenger rail connection via Romania

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration and Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba and Bulgaria's Minister of Transport and Communications Korman Ismailov have discussed the launch of a test passenger rail connection between the two countries.
