Swiss Canton Glarus to Refund Speeding Fines Due to Incorrect Limits

The Swiss canton of Glarus must repay 15,000 Swiss francs to 18 drivers who were wrongly fined for speeding, after one of the affected individuals successfully appealed their penalty.
