Malaysian Health Minister Explains RM500m Savings from Vacancies

Malaysian Health Minister Dzulkefly Ahmad reassured the Dewan Rakyat that the RM500 million expenditure restriction warrant imposed on the Ministry of Health was due to vacancies and not cuts to frontline care.
