Delhi High Court Rules Protest Participation Not Grounds to Deny PMLA Bail

The Delhi High Court has granted relief to a PFI member, ruling that participation in a protest is not sufficient grounds to deny bail under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The member had been jailed for over a year.
