Drunk cop goes on driving rampage, injures 2 on Delhi-Lucknow Highway

A suspended police constable drove drunk, injuring two pedestrians on the Delhi-Lucknow Highway. He continued speeding after hitting them, even with a detached tire. Motorists and residents chased and stopped the vehicle, then assaulted the constable. Police rescued him and took him into custody for further investigation. The injured victims are receiving medical treatment at a local hospital.
