Portuguese Parties Delay Layoff Bill Amid 100% Salary Dispute

Opposition parties to the left of the Socialist Party (PS) have delayed the submission of a government decree on layoffs for promulgation, protesting that the promised 100% salary was reduced to two-thirds.
