Japan's Criminal Procedure Law Amendment for Retrial System Passed by House Committee

An amendment bill to the Criminal Procedure Law concerning the review of the retrial system was passed by the House of Representatives Judicial Affairs Committee with a majority vote from the Liberal Democratic Party, Nippon Ishin no Kai, and Sanseitō.
