
INEC to Conduct Mock Accreditation in November for 2027 Polls
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced plans to conduct a mock accreditation exercise in November to test the strength of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) for the 2027 general elections. INEC also stated that it cannot conduct voter revalidation at this time and will use the Osun election as a model for the upcoming polls.
