PIC CEO returns to the office

Patrick Dlamini has returned as CEO of the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) after the Gauteng High Court declared his suspension unlawful. However, the court made no findings on the whistleblower allegations that triggered his suspension, leaving the new PIC Board, chaired by Seiso Mohai, to address these unresolved issues.
