Victim of 1964 Cyprus Intercommunal Violence Laid to Rest After Remains Found
A funeral service was held for Resat Ahmet, one of four men killed in an ambush during intercommunal violence in Larnaca in 1964, whose remains were recently discovered by the Committee on Missing Persons. The ceremony brings closure to a long-standing case.
