Italian Government Disagrees on Army Reform Plan

Mantovano, Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, has put a brake on Defense Minister Crosetto's army reform plan, stating that the strategy will be decided by the government as a whole, not by individual proposals.
