Supreme Court Calls for Initiative on Haldwani Railway Land Occupants

India's Supreme Court has called for an initiative to persuade occupants of railway land in Haldwani to apply for housing under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), stating that occupants of public land cannot dictate terms to the State.
