Nottingham Killings Inquiry Hears of Missed Opportunity by NHS Trust

An inquiry into the Nottingham killings by Valdo Calocane was told by an NHS trust boss that there was a 'missed opportunity' to prevent the fatal attacks, as the perpetrator had previous contact with the Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
