Temporary Barricades in Podgorica Become Permanent Fixture

Temporary barricades placed in front of the Parliament and President's building in Podgorica, Montenegro, have become a permanent fixture. Citizens no longer pay attention to them, while some tourists assume they are there to prevent parking.
