PJ Arrests Man Wanted in Brazil for Fraud

Portuguese Judicial Police (PJ) have located and arrested a 55-year-old man who was wanted in Brazil for a fraud crime committed in 2006, where he used another person's identity to defraud them of thousands of reais.
