Man Arrested for Car Break-ins, Theft in Tengah and Bukit Batok

A man has been arrested in Singapore for allegedly smashing car side windows and stealing items from vehicles in the Tengah and Bukit Batok areas. Police investigations are ongoing into the series of thefts.
