Varna Prosecutor Fails to Locate Portnih for Election Fraud Interrogation

The District Prosecutor's Office in Varna has refused to initiate pre-trial proceedings regarding a report of election manipulation and preference redistribution during the last extraordinary parliamentary elections on April 19. The prosecutor reportedly failed to locate Portnih for interrogation.
