Zeeland Province Not Required to Issue Additional PFAS Warnings for Beachgoers

A court has ruled that the province of Zeeland in the Netherlands adequately monitors swimming locations for PFAS and is not obligated to issue additional warnings to beachgoers, dismissing a case brought by the Zeeland Healthy Water Foundation (SGW).

Dat heeft de rechter bepaald in een zaak die was aangespannen door de Zeeuwse Stichting Gezond Water (SGW).
