Six Chinese Nationals Arrested for Gold Smuggling Attempt at Narita Airport
Six Chinese nationals, including a company president, have been arrested on suspicion of attempting to smuggle 49 kilograms of gold, valued at 1.075 billion yen, from China to Narita Airport. The gold was allegedly hidden inside life-sized dolls to evade consumption taxes.
