Traditional Joninės Celebrations Revived in Rumšiškės, Lithuania
The first rays of sun on Joninės morning were greeted with folk songs, dances, and conversations by a fading bonfire at the Lithuanian Ethnography Museum in Rumšiškės, as preservers of Lithuanian traditions marked the shortest night of the year.
