Norwegian Armed Forces and Sami Parliament Establish NATO Cooperation

The Norwegian Armed Forces and the Sami Parliament have entered into a permanent cooperation agreement amidst NATO's growth in the North. The Sami Parliament demands that NATO soldiers receive training in Sami traditional knowledge to prevent conflicts.
