The Socialist Party (PS) has submitted a draft for referendums, but Sali Berisha, the leader of the Democratic Party (DP), has declared that they will not vote for any law proposed by the PS. Berisha accuses Prime Minister Edi Rama of using diversions to hide alleged thefts.
