‘Traitor’ tag, protests outside house don’t establish threat to life: High Court junks Harbhajan Singh’s plea
The Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Harbhajan Singh seeking protection from alleged threats to his life. The court stated that being labeled a ‘traitor’ and protests outside his residence do not, in themselves, constitute a threat to life that warrants judicial intervention.
