Latvian Parliament Supports Ban on Dual Citizens Owning Weapons
The Saeima conceptually supported amendments to the Law on the Circulation of Weapons in the first reading, which would prohibit issuing weapon permits to Latvian citizens who also hold citizenship of Russia or Belarus.
