Santander completes acquisition of Sabadell's British subsidiary TSB

Banco Santander has finalized the purchase of TSB, the British subsidiary of Sabadell, for 3.3 billion euros. This acquisition strengthens Santander's position in the UK and provides Sabadell with a capital gain of 300 million euros.
