Environmental Disaster Risk from Ilmarinen Wreck Reduced in Baltic Sea

Efforts have successfully reduced the risk of an environmental catastrophe posed by the wreck of the Ilmarinen in the Baltic Sea, without disturbing the grave site. While some oil was removed in a July operation, only a portion of the total threat has been mitigated.
