Vietnam Breaks Ground on First High-Speed Rail Linking Hanoi and Ha Long Bay
Vietnam has commenced construction on its inaugural high-speed railway project, a 120-kilometer line designed for 350 kph, connecting major cities including Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, and the popular tourist destination Ha Long Bay.
